MIGUEL CRISPIM has been working for over 19 years in the fashion industry after originally entering the industry as a model himself. After this experience, CRISPIM knew he wanted to pursue a career in the fashion industry, which is why he attended one of the best Fashion Institutes in Brazil. Shortly after, CRISPIM was invited to work as a model-scout at Ford Models in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
With valuable scouting experience under his belt, CRISPIM continued to pursue his passion and progressed into different areas of the business. He started working as a booker's assistant and was quickly promoted to international booker, all while still at Ford. Since then he has gone on to work with Why Model Agency in Brazil and again with Ford as head international booker and evenas a photographer.
CRISPIM has been working with agencies all around the world including: New York, Paris, Milan, London, Tokyo, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark, Singapore, Hong Kong and Mexico. He also manages local models in Brazil and foreign models for international markets.
The models that CRISPIM personally represents have booked for important names in the fashion business such as: Armani, Carolina Herrera, Celine, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Donna Karan, Dsquared2, Guess, L'Oreal, Lacoste, Louis Vuitton, Victoria's Secret, Tommy Hilfiger, Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Hercules Magazine, W Magazine, GQ, Men's Health, Sports Illustrated, Numero and V Magazine.
CRISPIM likes to maintain a close, long-term relationship with all the models that he represents as well with his clients and agencies. Therefore, he carefully selects the handful of models that he represents as he is always in close contact with them while they are working in various international markets.
